Our menus are seasonal and usually change in the first week of each season (spring, summer, autumn and winter). Our emphasis is on locally sourced fresh produce. We have an ever growing kitchen garden where we grow our own fruits, vegetables, herbs and edible flowers. Head Chef Jack Zavan loves finding new producers or quality local produce to add to our menu. Jack is spoilt for choice at times with Bass Coast and Gippsland producing some of the country’s finest meats and vegetables.
Our food can be lovingly matched to our wines or enjoyed with numerous local beers and spirits.
